Let's have dialogue like we're in an important scene from your life's movie and I'm a character that you meet that serves as a mirror and leads you back to your own inner guidance, and tools that have worked for herself and others. This can be recorded on Zoom and the link sent to you. Disclaimer: For entertainment purposes. Jamie is not a board certified mental health clinician. She is a woman who's gone through some sh*t, has an MBA, is certified to instruct conscious communication, kundalini yoga (breathing, meditation, sound, movement) and reiki, and has spent the last three years of her villain era in wild woman mode.
