Hi! I'm an HR Red Flag.

I spent the last five years away from traditional employment during the process of developing my sense of self. I'm a millennial who gave herself a Villain Era and now I'm working on a different plan, because sh*t got real when Dad got dementia and I had to start helping him schedule appointments drive him to the grocery store several times a week, find the missing remote, plug the TV back in.

I need to work remotely so that I can continue to be around my hometown to help my family. I need my cup to be full to show up for the people that I love. I need to be able to bring who I am to what I do, or else I find my light dims and I'm of no use to anyone who needs me after work.

I believe true wellness includes living in alignment with one's values and sense of purpose.

I believe our life force is activated and we animate when we are excited by moments that genuinely come from taking action on inspired ideas.

I also believe in grounding that goes beyond being barefoot in the dirt; having a solid financial plan and a vision for the future.
